A Guide to Les Menuires
Les Menuires is the joint second highest resort and is the largest individual ski area in the Three Valleys. It is very much a purpose built resort with the majority of the accommodation being built on the slopes, therefore offering guests a true ski-in/ ski-out experience.
Overview
Les Menuires was first resort in the Belleville Valley and is at an altitude of 1,850 metres, making it the joint second highest resort in the Three Valley ski area along with Courchevel 1850.
Like Val Thorens 2300, Les Menuires is mostly built up of self-catered apartments and hotels and is also a more affordable location than other areas in the Three Valleys, making it very popular with families, especially with almost all the accommodation being ski-in/ ski-out meaning there is very little carrying of skis.
